Bloody mary

Espresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz EKISS vodka
  • 1 oz freshly brewed (and cooled) espresso
  • 0.5 oz coffee liqueur
  • Ice cubes
  • 3 coffee beans 

Instructions

Prepare an espresso and let it cool for a few moments.

Fill a shaker with ice cubes, then add 1.5 oz of Ekiss vodka, 1 oz of cooled espresso, and 0.5 oz of coffee liqueur.

Shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds to create a nice foam. Fine strain into a well-chilled cocktail glass (such as a martini glass).

Garnish with 3 coffee beans on the foam as a signature touch. Serve immediately.
